Netminds was formed in 2004 by Rene Leda. NetMinds Inc. is a distribution company selling films, series, and formats to markets worldwide. Leda’s NetMinds joined forces with Anatol Chavez/Terra Entertainment in 2009 to create Synergetic distribution, an entertainment production and distribution company.

Real Big Hits (RBH) is a company dedicated to getting great content to great places. Founder Wendy Wang stared her first company Empress Media in 1998 in order to finance her film project. The company grew and she set up Empress Media Asset Management to help people manage their content. RBH was started so she could help others to get ideas funded, produced, and distributed using the relationships and technology she now had available.
